Check for maintenance
Check @ClashofClans on Twitter/X for maintenance announcements. During scheduled maintenance, login is completely disabled. Supercell typically compensates with in-game resources after maintenance ends.

Check your connected account
Clash of Clans links to either a Supercell ID or your Google/Game Center account. If you recently got a new phone, make sure you're logged into the same Google or Apple account that your CoC village is linked to.

Reconnect your Supercell ID
In CoC Settings → Supercell ID → sign out and sign back in. If you don't have a Supercell ID and rely on device-based save, you risk losing your village if you change phones. Create a Supercell ID now to permanently secure your account.
